Terms of Use

   By becoming a subscriber of eMyPeople LLC services, you agree to accept the terms of this Agreement as if you had signed it. eMyPeople LLC may change this Agreement at any time; such changes will be effective immediately upon transmission of notice by e-mail, postal mail, posting on the eMyPeople LLC Web site or any other means. Each time you use the service you reaffirm your acceptance of the current Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you must discontinue using eMyPeople LLC, and terminate your account.
            eMyPeople LLC's Internet filtering service endeavors to protect its subscribers from the dangers of the Internet. Any attempt to modify, bypass, or otherwise disrupt the filtering process may result in the termination of your service. eMyPeople LLC assumes no responsibly for any circumvention of the filter. No internet filter is 100% effective and eMyPeople LLC does not represent the filtering service as 100% effective.
      In no event and under no circumstances shall eMyPeople LLC, its affiliates, its contractors, its authorized representatives, or anyone else involved in providing the service be liable to you or any third party for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or losses from or through the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits and/or data, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, errors, viruses, spyware, malware, Trojans, worms, defects, deletion of files or other data loss, delays in operation, service or transmission, or any failure of performance, even if eMyPeople LLC or any authorized representative of eMyPeople LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damage. In no event will eMyPeople LLC’s liability (if any is imposed notwithstanding the terms of this agreement to the contrary) exceed the amount of any fee(s) paid to eMyPeople LLC by you arising out of or in connection with your use of the software and associated materials. eMyPeople LLC, its affiliates, its contractors, its authorized representatives, or anyone else involved in providing the service will not be liable for any claim by a third party.
     You agree that you are responsible for your own communications and for any consequences thereof. Your use of the Service is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with this agreement. You agree that you will use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. You shall not, shall not agree to, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to use the service to upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, contains viruses, or is otherwise objectionable as reasonably determined by eMyPeople LLC. You shall not, shall not agree to, and shall not authorize or encourage any third party to use the service for any fraudulent or inappropriate purpose. eMyPeople LLC reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to investigate your use of the service in order to determine whether a violation of this agreement has occurred or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
      eMyPeople LLC reserves the right to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the service, such as content which violates the terms of this Agreement. eMyPeople LLC also reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as it reasonably believes is necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request (b) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues (including, without limitation, the filtering of spam), (c) or respond to user support requests.
      As a subscriber of the services you are solely responsible for any charges to your account and any activities conducted through your account. Technical support will be billed at the current hourly rate. If after 90 days from date of invoice, no payment has been received; your account will be terminated. Upon termination, you agree that any unread mail sent prior to termination may be deleted. You may terminate your account at any time by calling eMyPeople LLC, provided however that you will remain liable for any fees to which you have committed. eMyPeople LLC reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without notice.
